Senior Test Automation Tools Developer

Tucson, AZ (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Test Automation Tools Developer with strong experience in embedded firmware testing and PC-to-controller driver development. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain automation frameworks, testing tools, and drivers that validate interactions between firmware, software, and hardware systems.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of test automation tool development experience
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C#, C++, and C
• Experience with embedded firmware test automation environments
• Hands-on experience with PC-to-controller communication driver development
• Experience with NI Test Stand, Java-based GUI tools, and MSSQL
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and AWS
• Experience testing integrated hardware, firmware, and software systems

Preferred

Skills:

• Experience with irrigation products and controller systems
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Git Lab, and Zephyr
• Knowledge of SAFe Agile methodology
• Experience leveraging AI to improve testing efficiency

Must Have:
Embedded Firmware Testing, Test Automation Framework Development, PC-to-Controller Driver Development, C++/Java/Python.
