The Staining Software Engineer Associate develops and maintains staining procedures for diagnostic applications by partnering with assay development teams. This role designssoftware solutions, creates software supplements, manages supporting databaseelements, and ensures timely, high-quality delivery in a regulated medical device environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design,develop, optimize, and maintain software solutions for diagnostic stainingapplications.
• Createand deploy software supplements and manage supporting databaseconfigurations.
• Collaborate with assay development and cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions.
• Performsoftware testing, debugging, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with medical device software regulations and quality standards.
• Deliver projects on time while maintaining a Quality First Time approach.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor'sdegree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering
  , or arelated field (Life Sciences backgrounds with relevant technical skills will also be considered).
• 0–5years
  of software testing experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Abilityto manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Knowledge of software development best practices and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing medical device software or software in a regulated environment.
