Position: Assistant Coach, Women's Gymnastics (Athletics)

The University of Arizona is seeking an Assistant Coach, Women's Gymnastics, reporting directly to the Head Coach of Women's Gymnastics. This position assists in all facets of a Division I Women's Gymnastics program and acts within the rules and regulations of the University, Conference, and NCAA. This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and travel for competition and recruiting.

Duties & Responsibilities

Serves as coach on all 4 events.
Identify, monitor results, contact recruiting prospects. Coordinate on/off campus visits, evaluations, and contacts.
Assist Head Coach with daily office management of program.
Demonstrate and apply knowledge of all applicable NCAA rules and regulations while fulfilling prescribed duties.
Assist in donor relations, alumni relations, fundraising, and community outreach.
Assist with team travel.
Budget accountability.
Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience.
Level 10 / College experience.
Ability to drive according to the University Fleet Safety Policy.
