Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time on‑site role for a Van Operator located in Tucson, AZ. The Van Operator will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation services to passengers while adhering to driving schedules and traffic regulations. Duties include assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring vehicle cleanliness and safety, conducting pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, and maintaining accurate records of trips and passenger logs.
The Van Operator will engage with passengers courteously and ensure a pleasant ride experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and performing routine inspections
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively to adhere to schedules
- Proven ability to operate vehicles safely and follow all traffic regulations
- Physical fitness and ability to assist passengers with mobility challenges
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with Tucson, AZ, and surrounding areas is a plus
