CDL-A Truck Driver Entry Level Paid Training

We are hiring full-time W2 CDL-A Truck Drivers for OTR, Regional, and Dedicated routes. Drivers with limited or no over-the-road experience may qualify for a structured paid training program. We offer steady freight, dependable home time, and late‑model equipment.

• Full‑time W2 employment
• OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleet options
• Dry van freight
• Approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook, majority no‑touch
• Assigned 2024–2025 Freightliner and Kenworth tractors

• $1,300–$1,500 per week
• Weekly direct deposit
• Paid orientation
• Paid 3–5 week training program for eligible drivers

Drivers who have completed a minimum of 120 hours at an accredited CDL school may qualify. Training includes supervised driving, ELD compliance, trip reporting, inspection procedures, and company safety standards. Solo advancement is performance‑based.

• Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT regulations
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and trip documentation
• Meet scheduled pickup and delivery times
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers

• Valid Class A CDL OR completion of at least 120 hours of accredited CDL instruction and eligibility for company‑sponsored training
• Acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass DOT physical and pre‑employment drug screen
