Stop waiting at the dock and start moving. We are hiring for our 11 Western regional lanes, offering consistent high mileage and a pay scale that rewards your experience. Whether you are a veteran or a recent graduate, we provide the steady freight you need to keep your paycheck predictable.
PAY AND REWARDS:Built for Drivers
Earnings: $0.50 to $0.65 CPM based on experience and miles driven.
Weekly Pay: $1,200 to $1,500 average (Top 25 percent earn $1,700).
Extras: $300 Orientation Pay on your first check plus Stop, Layover, and Breakdown pay.
THE ROUTE: 11 Western StatesHigh Miles: Average 2,300 to 2,800 miles every week.
No Touch: 100 percent no touch 53 foot dry van freight.
Efficiency: 60 percent drop and hook to keep you on the road.
Home Time: Every two weeksplanned, predictable, and you take the truck home.
Equipment: Assigned trucks with minimal downtime between loads.

QUALIFICATIONSValid CDL A and at least 21 years old.
Open to recent grads and drivers with 6 plus months of experience.
Clean safety record:
No at fault accidents or major citations in 3 years.
No DUI in the last 5 years.
Must pass urine and hair follicle drug screenings.
