We're a locally owned Tucson company with multiple landfill and reclamation sites across Southern Arizona. We handle recycling and disposal for construction, demolition, landscaping, and inert materials - doing it right for contractors, landscapers, and homeowners alike. • Operate roll off trucks, simple 16s, belt trailers, and end dumps.
• Perform compactor swaps and roll‑off container placements at customer sites.
• Complete daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate driving logs and required documentation.
• Deliver professional, friendly service at every job site.
• Perform daily vehicle servicing and light maintenance.
• Coordinate with dispatch to keep operations running smoothly.

• Valid Class A CDL and current medical card.
• 3+ years of commercial driving experience (preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with roll off, simple 16, belt trailer, and end dump equipment.
• Ability to perform compactor swaps and use a dolly for material deliveries.
• Clean driving record and strong safety mindset.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced outdoor environment.
