Flatbed CDL-A Regional Driver – $5K Hiring Bonus

Full‑time drivers will transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on regional routes.

• Operate a flatbed truck safely and efficiently on regional routes.
• Load, secure and transport various cargo including glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils and specialty metals.
• Maintain accurate trip reports and adhere to all DOT and company safety regulations.
• Participate in orientation and transition training to learn company policies and truck systems.

• Base weekly pay: $903.55 – $2,021.54
• Annual pay range: $46,984.82 – $
• Hiring bonus: $5,000 (eligible only to currently employed drivers, paid in 4 quartiles of $1,250 over 12 months)
• Accessorial pay: tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety, over‑dimension, etc.
• Transition package: $1,800 (first $1,000 for orientation)
• Health, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k) with match, life insurance, EAP, PTO, sick time, and more.

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• Minimum 4 months of CDL‑A flatbed driving experience (1 year preferred but not required)
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• Clean background check, drug test, and clearinghouse result
• Safe driving record required
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice during orientation
• For owners/operators and trainees with less than 4 months experience – not eligible for the bonus.

• Off most weekends with a 34‑hour reset
• Home time for Division 290; may vary by division
