Overview

Lime Logistics is a delivery organization focused on bringing Amazon packages to customers. We recruit enthusiastic Delivery Associates who represent the company and deliver packages directly to customer doors. The team is expanding and we welcome motivated individuals looking for a rewarding career or extra cash.

WZN2 – 2598 S Flagstaff Ranch Rd, Flagstaff, AZ 86001, USA (I-40 and Flagstaff Ranch Road).

• All shifts are 9‑10 hours in length; no shorter shifts are available.
• Shifts are assigned 7 days a week.
• We work 361 days a year.
• Holidays:
  Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years.

• Arrive at the distribution facility on time to receive van assignment.
• Attend morning stand‑up meeting to discuss focus areas.
• Receive route assignment, keys, tools, and delivery smartphone / GPS device.
• Ensure device is loaded with pre‑determined route and delivery estimates.
• Perform a thorough pre‑trip vehicle inspection.
• Deliver up to 350+ packages per shift.
• Remain on foot up to 9‑12 hours per day.
• Climb in and out of van for each delivery.
• Follow all delivery instructions.
• Help fellow team members when needed.
• Return van to station after refueling.
• Remove trash and debris from van.
• Return smartphone/GPS scanner device, tools, and keys.
• Perform post‑trip inspection and note required maintenance.

• Customer Obsessed – professional and respectful interactions with the public; continuously improve customer experience.
• Driving and Delivery Experience – preferred experience with Lyft, Uber, Fed Ex, UPS or similar; must hold a valid AZ driver’s license with a clean record.
• Physical Fitness – capable of delivering up to 350+ packages, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs., climbing in and out of van, bending, climbing stairs, stooping.
• Team Oriented – work collaboratively, assist other members, maintain van cleanliness, take care of communication equipment.

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to handle walking, lifting, bending, stair climbing, and stooping required for the job.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Tech savvy and able to operate smartphone/GPS device with scanner and team applications.
• Must observe traffic laws and company safety procedures at all times.

Pay: $23.00 per hour.

Full‑time or Part‑time, 10‑hour shift.
