This position involves safely transporting students and passengers to and from school and related events, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining vehicle condition.

• Operate school buses and conduct daily safety inspections.
• Transport passengers, verify proper drop-offs, and ensure students are met by guardians.
• Maintain logs, route maps, and communicate with school staff.
• Enforce discipline and safety protocols, including emergency procedures.
• Assist with minor maintenance, cleaning, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Operate wheelchair lifts and secure confined passengers.
• Collaborate during renovations and report maintenance issues.

• High school diploma, 2+ years driving experience, and valid Arizona CDL with endorsements.
• Certifications in school bus driving, CPR, and First Aid.
• Ability to operate vehicle controls, use communication devices, and work cooperatively.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Background check, fingerprint clearance, drug screening, and physical exam.
• Must possess valid driver's license and relevant certifications.
• Willingness to work in person and collaborate with staff and community.
