We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Class A CDL Shuttle Route Driver to join our Tucson, Arizona, operation. This position is responsible for safely transporting food-waste materials and equipment while completing assigned shuttle routes efficiently and on schedule.

The successful candidate must be comfortable beginning work early in the morning, operating in varying weather conditions, and adapting to changing operational needs. This position also involves customer interaction, documentation, equipment inspections, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

This is a safety-sensitive position that requires a clear mind, sound judgment, and constant attention to safety. Employees are responsible for protecting their own safety and the safety of others.

• Monday through Friday
• Early-morning start time of approximately 4:00 a.m.
• Must be flexible when business or operational needs require schedule adjustments
• Occasional additional hours or route assignments may be required

• Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on assigned shuttle and delivery routes.
• Load, haul, and deliver food-waste materials as directed by the company.
• Operate 30- to 45-foot open-top dump trailers and other assigned equipment.
• Operate manual- and automatic-transmission vehicles in accordance with DOT requirements and all applicable laws.
• Complete assigned routes safely, accurately, and on schedule.
• Operate manual or electric pallet jacks when needed.
• Use a pressure washer to rinse bins and containers.
• Leave customer locations clean and free of debris.
• Perform complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic condition of trucks, trailers, bins, and other equipment.
• Use basic hand tools to complete minor repairs to company bins and equipment when necessary.
• Complete contamination reports, service tickets, maintenance forms, and other required documentation.
• Communicate regularly with customers, vendors, dispatch, and the operations team.
• Report service concerns, equipment problems, accidents, and injuries immediately.
• Attend required safety calls, training sessions, and operational briefings.
• Use a computer or mobile phone for training, communication, documentation, and expense management.
• Accept alternate assignments, including interstate routes, when required by operational needs.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Must be self-certified as a Non-Excepted Interstate driver with the state that issued the CDL.
