CDL A Driver - CDL Graduates - Paid Training - Western Runs

Tucson, you just finished CDL school and want miles without disappearing across the country. This Western regional fleet keeps you west of the Mississippi and pays you every week you train.

• Stays West: runs cover the states west of the Mississippi, never out to the East Coast
• Short Trips: most runs are 3 days or less
• Real Miles: 2,200 to 2,400 miles a week
• Riders and Pets: welcome once training is done

• Average weekly gross: $1,100 to $1,200
• First 3 months solo: $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay
• Bonus: monthly driver performance bonus
• Home time: every 3 weeks

• New CDL-A holders are welcome to apply
• 4 to 6 weeks over the road with an experienced trainer
• $850 weekly training pay, then straight to full solo driver pay
• Must have completed at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL school

• Health, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days

• $300 orientation pay on your first paycheck, travel to orientation covered

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
• Trainees welcome, no prior experience needed: just a valid Class A CDL and 120+ hours of CDL training
• Valid license in your current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing
