Join Our Team as a Warehouse Clerk at Epiroc!
The role involves executing warehousing activities for shipping and receiving goods in and out of Epiroc warehouses. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate reception, storage, packing, order picking and shipping of components and parts.
Work Location: Tucson, AZ
Work Type: Onsite
Shift Timings: 40 hours a week. Split shift:
Mon. – Thurs. 10:00am – 8:00pm = 9 hrs + 1 hr lunch;
Fri. 10:00am – 2:00pm = 4 hrs
- Safely operate powered industrial lift truck to transport inventory, unload inbound trucks and load outbound trucks.
- Pull and stage orders for shipment; replenish and restock approved inbound shipments.
- Maintain packaging, pallets and shelving units in good condition.
- Unpack, verify, and record incoming shipments; ensure compliance with purchase orders (identification, type, quantity, part number).
- Visually inspect goods for damage; process damage reports; notify supervisor for freight damage claims.
- Input receiving documentation into the computer system.
- Remove, recycle and dispose of unnecessary packing materials.
- Pick orders for shipment, ensuring correct items are loaded.
- Pick and issue parts required for production per work order picking list.
- Inspect all products before completing orders.
- Weigh completed orders and record weights.
- Package outgoing shipments as required.
- Move products safely using forklift, pallet jack or dock loader.
- Perform daily inspection of forklift prior to use; report malfunctions.
- Maintain a neat, clean, orderly work area.
- Rotate stock as needed.
- Comply with environmental, health & safety, recycling, sustainability and quality assurance policies.
- Monitor equipment and report problems to supervisor.
- Conduct cycle count functions.
- Handle nonconformance and scrapping functions.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all orders, receiving documents, maintenance records and warehouse reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting and knowledge of safe lifting methods.
- Ability to weigh and measure items.
- Can work efficiently as part of a team and independently.
- Good organizational, time‑management and prioritizing skills.

- Focused on continuous improvement.
Knowledge:
- Minimum two years working in material handling or similar warehouse environment.
- Knowledge of filling out waybills and bills of lading.
- Computer literacy, including MS Office.
Formal Education Requirement:
- Minimum High School/GED Diploma.
