In addition, the company provides PPE to all employees.

Compensation is competitive and includes hourly pay, a weekly performance‑based bonus, regular overtime opportunities paid at the corresponding rate, regular pay raises based on performance and experience, weekly pay every Thursday, and holiday pay for company recognized holidays. About This PositionThis position is located within a jail/correctional facility and involves working around inmates.
Shift: Monday – Thursday 6:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. & Friday 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
This full‑time role is essential to warehouse operations, including receiving product, preparing customer orders, and shipping products to clients. You will be cross‑trained across distribution departments and may specialize in a specific area.
Responsibilities- Unload, receive, and put away product as part of the inbound operations team.
- Select product for individual customer orders as part of our commissary (KCN) team.
- Build, stage, and load pallet orders on modern forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE) in support of our bulk team.
- Load third‑party and internal delivery trucks.
- Manage inventory in a dynamic environment, including inventory counts and corrections.
- Leverage technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders using mobile scan guns, modern MHE, computers, tablets, and more.
- Maintain a clean workspace and take pride in surroundings.
- Perform other duties as determined by the business needs.
- High school diploma, GED, or one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified.
- Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred.
