We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our Warehouse Operations team. This is a multi-faceted role that includes delivering and receiving and processing inventory, as well as processing and staging inventory in preparation for transporting between warehouses. This role involves operating a forklift, box truck, handling sensitive office equipment, data entry, and other general warehouse operations, including assisting with periodic inventory counts.
Responsibilities- Delivering, receiving and processing inventory; staging inventory for transport between warehouses.
- Operating a forklift and a 26 ft box truck as required.
- Handling sensitive office equipment and performing data entry.
- Performing general warehouse operations and assisting with periodic inventory counts.
- Using our specialized software system to process orders.
- Reliable and adaptable with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and within a team; strong sense of urgency and time management.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Prior warehouse experience; prior shipping & data entry experience.
- Prior forklift experience is a plus.
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds periodically throughout the day.
- Able to work independently and with a larger team; able to safely operate a 26 ft box truck.
- Able to work in adverse weather conditions commonly found in a warehouse.
- Comfortable with computer programs; smartphone with GPS.
The position is full time, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm. Pay starts at $20 per hour.
