Responsibilities- Acquire knowledge regarding a clean and safe working environment, safety, security, company and 6S standards in the distribution center.
- Perform assigned warehouse tasks utilizing standard work and policies to ensure highest levels of safety and quality.
- Operate warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner to minimize accidents.
- Follow visual aids in the distribution center to maximize safety, quality, and productivity.
- Contribute process suggestions for continuous improvement of warehouse operations.
- Identify deviations and immediately notify supervisor to correct issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement events to improve operations.
- Report equipment and infrastructure damage to ensure repairs and reduce safety risk.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety guidelines and maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Attend educational workshops, professional publications, and professional societies to maintain technical knowledge.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent or equivalent experience.
- 0‑2 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 100 pounds, and perform basic physical tasks such as stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl.
- Ability to use hand and finger, handle, or feel; climb or balance; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear.
Pay range: $16.88 - $24.23/hr (base pay may vary based on location, education, training, and experience).
