Accurate, safe warehouse work is how we deliver the Experience, Quality and Service that set us apart.
Performance Objectives- Receive, inspect, and put away incoming insulation rolls, facings, and components with 99%+ inventory accuracy so production never waits on materials.

- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and cranes safely to move heavy rolls and keep workflow moving with minimal downtime.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse so counts stay reliable and teammates can locate product in minutes.
- Complete cycle counts and report discrepancies the same day so inventory systems stay trustworthy.
- Follow lockout/tagout, PPE, and plant safety rules every shift and stop work when something looks unsafe.

You report to the Warehouse/Plant Supervisor at our Green Bay facility (1100 S Huron Road / Walker Dr. area). Essential Qualifications- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and work on your feet in a manufacturing warehouse.
- Proven reliability following safety procedures and quality checks in a plant or warehouse setting.
- Comfort reading labels, order tickets, and basic specs so the right product ships every time.
- Willingness to learn forklift/crane operation if not already certified; prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Team-first attitude and the discipline to keep counts, housekeeping, and documentation current.
- Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, wellness incentives, 401(k) with generous match, HSA, life and disability insurance.
