Fin Ops Manager (Sr. Accounting Manager), fusion energy start-up on the rise (Tukwila/onsite):
Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day accounting operations: AP, AR, cash applications, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, aging reports, procurement, inventory, corporate card and expense management.
- Own ERP administration and configuration; continually improve processes and efficiencies.
- Assist with internal controls design and implementation, identify process gaps and leverage AI and tools for efficiency.
- Work cross‑functionally with engineering, supply chain, contacts, and other departments to build an accounting infrastructure that supports business needs and growth.
- 5+ years of core accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or engineering project‑based finance.
- Strong systems thinker, builder, comfortable with AI and workflow automation.
Onsite job in Tukwila (with flexibility), compensation range $150,000‑170,000 plus equity and excellent benefits.
