Mid‑Level Project Management Specialist – E‑7 Company:

Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Mid‑Level Project Management Specialist (Level3) to join the E‑7 Production and Modification Team supporting the United States Air Force (USAF) Rapid Prototype Program, located in Tukwila, WA.

As a Project Manager, you will collaborate across business units to support E‑7 production and modification, develop integrated plans, manage risks, and onboard stakeholders. You will support a rapidly growing product line and play a critical role in delivering the next commercial derivative product for our military.

• Develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain an integrated plan and schedule in accordance with industry standards.
• Perform studies, trend and variance analyses, risk assessments to determine impacts on product development, production rates, and program initiatives.
• Create reports, metrics, monitor change activity, and update plans throughout the program lifecycle.
• Improve project‑management processes, business systems, and implement best practices.
• Act as primary project contact, establish key stakeholder requirements and objectives.
• Assist customers in developing recovery plans and ensure project control systems support ongoing stakeholder needs.

• 3+ years of experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience preparing and presenting executive‑level briefings.
• 3+ years of experience using advanced features in Microsoft Excel (including data analysis) and PowerPoint.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (post‑start).
• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, business or a technical field.
• Experience supporting a modification, manufacturing or production operations environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory agencies such as DCMA, FAA, DOD/DOW and/or military agencies.
• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering or Program Management functions.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence external stakeholders.

The role is 100% onsite at Tukwila, WA. Occasional travel may be required. Shift: 1st Shift. The candidate must obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance (Secret). This position does not offer relocation assistance.
