Instead of splitting budget ownership and field execution across two people, we want one person who can own both: the numbers and the jobsite, from kickoff through closeout.

This role is built for someone who thrives at a smaller company — where you're not boxed into one lane, you have real ownership over outcomes, and your decisions actually move the needle.
