Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Integrated Planning & Schedule Specialist to join our team in Tukwila, WA
. In this role you will be working with internal cross-functional teams to develop & maintain project schedules for the BGS Programs in Puget Sound.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and/or support preparation, development, and coordination of an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements

  • Lead and/or supports the integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functions, product groups, suppliers, and partners of moderate complexity

  • Lead and/or supports studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), reports, risk assessments and planning efforts to determine impacts, constraints involving product development, , process improvement, program initiatives

  • Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives

  • Candidate must be highly motivated, possess strong analytical skills, organizational skills, and have strong interpersonal communication skills

Basic Qualifications:

(Required Skills / Experience)
  • 3+ years' experience in program planning, project management, integrated scheduling and/or related disciplines.

  • 3+ year of experience in scheduling software tools: MS Project, Milestones, Primavera, Open Plan Professional, etc.

  • 3+ years' experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and/or initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

(Desired Skills / Experience)
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) applying Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) requirements

  • Experience with scheduling tools (e.g. OPP, Milestone Pro, Microsoft Project etc.)

Summary pay range: $101,150 – $136,850
