MP&P Technical Analyst 5 – NDE/Measurement

12-Month Contract

$77/hr on W2

seeking Associate and Experienced Non-Destructive Test (NDT) Specialists to support the In-Service NDT team in Tukwila, WA (1st shift). This is a non-managerial, non-leadership technical role focused on procedure development, inspection support, and measurement validation within aerospace in-service operations.

Regular and predictable attendance is required.

• Author Non-Destructive Test (NDT) procedures
• Incorporate revisions authored by Responsible Level III into standard procedure review processes
• Develop Computer Assisted Drawings (CAD) for specialized calibration standards
• Perform setup and calibration of NDT and measurement equipment
• Compose procedure figures detailing inspection locations, geometry, probe/transducer placement, and signal response
• Report adverse trends, anomalies, and inspection findings

• 20+ years of experience in NDI/NDT
• 20+ years of aerospace in-service support experience
• Extensive experience in Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and/or Eddy Current Testing (ET)
• Experience writing UT & ET inspection techniques and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Ability to work variable shifts, overtime, and occasional weekends
• Ability to travel up to 15%

• 25+ years of related experience
• 800 hours of Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
• 300 hours of Ultrasonic Shear-Wave Testing
• 800 hours of Eddy Current Testing (ET)
• Experience with CAD software

Education and experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Associate degree) and 20+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
