Job Title:
MP&P Technical Analyst 5 (NDT / NDI)
Location:
Tukwila, WA (100% Onsite) Duration: 12 Months Contract
Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) Rate: $76/hr. on W2
Job Description:
seeking experienced MP&P Technical Analyst (NDT/NDI) professionals to support the In-Service NDT team
. The role involves developing and maintaining non-destructive testing procedures, supporting inspection methods, and ensuring quality and safety standards in aerospace components.
- Author and maintain Non-Destructive Test (NDT) procedures
- Support review process with Responsible Level III revisions
- Develop CAD drawings for calibration standards
- Setup NDT or measurement equipment for calibration standards
- Prepare inspection procedure figures including probe placement and inspection geometry
- Identify and report adverse trends or anomalous inspection results
- 20+ years experience in NDI/NDT
- Aerospace in-service support experience with Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and/or Eddy Current Testing (ET)
- Experience writing UT & ET inspection procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends
- Ability to travel up to 15%
Skills:
- 25+ years of related experience
- 800+ hours Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
- 300+ hours Ultrasonic Shear-Wave Testing
