E-7 Manufacturing Planner Engineer (Mid-Level or Senior)

As a Manufacturing Planner Engineer, you will gather and define system-level requirements for Parts, Plans, and Tools; support design reviews, analyses, simulations, and component/system testing to ensure delivery of products that meet or exceed customer requirements; troubleshoot operational and service anomalies; participate in new business development; lead functional test integration for Manufacturing Engineering; and execute cross‑functional process and systems integration projects.
The role is expected to be 100% onsite.
- Gather and define system-level requirements for Parts, Plans, and Tools.
- Support design reviews, analyses, simulations, and component/system testing.
- Ensure delivery of products that meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations.
- Support troubleshooting of delivered product operational/service anomalies and incidents.
- Participate in new business development efforts.
- Lead functional test integration for Manufacturing Engineering.
- Execute cross‑functional process and systems integration projects.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or an equivalent non‑US degree directly related to the work statement.
- Level3: 5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
- Level4: 9 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
- Experience planning in manufacturing execution systems (MES).
- Experience using ENOVIA/CATIA.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Active Secret
U.S. Security Clearance. - BDS Manufacturing Engineering experience.
- Experience using Manufacturing Execution System Common Image (MESci).
- Functional Test experience.
- Experience successfully implementing process and systems integration projects.
- Development program experience.
- Proactive communication skillset.

Pay and BenefitsCompetitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Pay ranges:
Mid‑Level (Level3): $111,350–$150,650
Senior (Level4): $135,150–$182,850
The position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, including a Secret clearance after hiring.
