Job SummaryThe KC-46 Financial Analyst will be responsible for developing resource forecasts and Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, functions, or pools. This role involves initiating analysis of resource forecasts, compiling data from various sources to create performance reports, conducting variance analyses, and providing insights into operational and financial performance to management. The ideal candidate will make recommendations based on financial and business expertise, maintain cost and schedule performance measurement baselines including earned value, and communicate cost and schedule trends effectively.
Responsibilities- Develop resource forecasts and Estimates at Completion (EACs)
- Compile data from multiple sources to create performance reports
- Conduct variance analyses to provide insights into operational and financial performance
- Make recommendations to management based on financial projections
- Maintain cost and schedule performance measurement baselines
- Develop business cases using appropriate indices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Excel including Pivot Tables and Formula Functions
- Familiarity with CSPR/Cobra, IRE, EAS
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Experience in EAC Development
- Competence in CDRL Development
