Position Overview
Experienced Finance Integrator for the USAF E-7 program ponsible for managing team costs, meeting preparation, and cross‑functional finance, estimating, and contracts. Leads integration and analysis across support functions and provides recommendations to senior management on cost and schedule trends.
Responsibilities- Initiate and perform variance analyses, interpret results, and present clear explanations of operational and financial performance to management.
- Compile data from multiple internal and external sources; develop and distribute performance reports and dashboards.
- Review Earned Value Management (EVM) for accuracy and maintain the cost and schedule performance measurement baseline, including earned value metrics.
- Analyze and communicate cost and schedule trends.
- Support the IPT leader to develop the overall Estimate at Completion (EAC) by analyzing data from various sources.
- Document assumptions, methodologies, and analytical approaches.
- Support audits and program reviews as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Estimating & Pricing, Procurement Financial Analysis, Supply Chain Analysis, Financial Analysis, or Strategy Analysis.
- 3+ years of experience developing EACs and financial forecasts.
- 3+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, interpreting data, and presenting analysis and recommendations to management.
- 3+ years with Earned Value Management (EVM).
- 3+ years of experience with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, linking worksheets).
- 3+ years creating and presenting written and verbal communications and presentations.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Project.
- Experience with Earned Value Management compliance.
- Experience in finance and estimating functions.
- Self‑starter, creative mindset, and strong attention to detail.
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Pay & BenefitsCompetitive base pay ranging from $96,900 to $131,100, with variable compensation opportunities. Eligible employees may enroll in a variety of benefit programs, including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time off. Pay is based on experience, qualifications, and market considerations.

Tukwila, WA. Shift: Shift 1 (United States of America).
