Personal Financial Representative​/Universal Banker

Salal Credit Union of Seattle, WA is looking to hire full‑time Personal Financial Representatives to provide quality customer service to our members at our Tukwila location. Training is provided for this role, and no previous experience is required! As a Personal Financial Representative, you serve as the face of our credit union, assisting members and acting as a teller with the skills of a personal banker. You help members meet their financial needs, sell and cross‑sell products and services, and complete account transactions. You maintain a working knowledge of all products and services to attract and retain loyal members.

You also organize member documents, information, and status, aiding other credit union staff in completing their tasks, and accurately process account paperwork and member files. Additionally, you assist with loan applications by interviewing the consumer and processing the applications in accordance with our institution’s guidelines. • Competitive base salary of $21.15 – $29.62 per hour depending on experience; the likely offered rate is between $24.00 – $27.00.
• Ability to earn additional rewarding variable compensation for meeting sales goals, with estimated annual earnings ranging from 0 – 10 % of your base salary.

This full‑time sales position works a 40‑hour per week schedule, including hours between 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Monday through Friday and/or 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM on Saturdays.
