About This Role
As the Capital Markets Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Sabey Data Centers' capital strategy by supporting debt and equity financing initiatives across both corporate and project portfolios. Working closely with senior finance leadership, banking partners, institutional investors, and cross‑functional teams, you'll help ensure the organization maintains efficient, reliable access to capital to fuel continued growth.
This is an ideal opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys combining sophisticated financial analysis with strategic relationship management. You'll build and maintain complex financial models, evaluate capital structure alternatives, participate in financing transactions, and provide executive leadership with actionable insights that influence key business decisions.
Your Contribution Will Likely Include
- Support the planning and execution of debt and equity financings at both the corporate and asset/portfolio levels.
- Build, maintain, and enhance sophisticated financial models to evaluate financing alternatives, leverage, covenant impacts, returns, and capital structure scenarios.
- Assist with negotiating financing terms and documentation alongside internal stakeholders and external legal counsel.
- Coordinate financing transaction work streams, ensuring timelines and deliverables remain on schedule.
