Under the direction of the Clinical Operations Manager, the CQI Management Analyst supports the assigned FBH Site's CQI performance management and measurement practices, including performance and contract deliverable tracking, implementation and training of BHO/MCO documentation, and State/Federal regulatory/oversight deliverables. The role collaborates with clinical programs to ensure CQI data is available to evaluate practice and outcomes, and works with the Clinical Operations Manager to develop systems and train staff for improved quality improvement activities.
The analyst works independently, leading CQI processes at the Tukwila office, ensuring Medicaid compliance for all CQI requirements, training clinical staff in daily CQI compliance, and providing leadership with necessary CQI data.

Key Responsibilities- Take lead responsibilities with the Clinical Operations Manager to develop, train, and implement Medicaid and healthcare coding compliance strategies, ensuring staff documentation complies with Medicaid laws and regulations. Provide ongoing training to prevent Medicaid Fraud and Abuse.
- Directly review and prepare clinical documentation data, assisting site leadership in ensuring data integrity for mandated audits and compliance reviews.
- Conduct systematic site encounter reviews to verify accuracy of data entry and charting, correcting errors and ensuring accurate documentation.
