Lead Recruiter

Pal American Security Group is hiring a Lead Recruiter to own the regional recruiting function and set the pace for hiring across multiple priority areas. Based in Tukwila, WA and working onsite, this role combines leadership of a small high-volume recruiting team with hands‑on recruiting for specialized supervisory and management positions.

This position focuses on turning operational needs and growth targets into an executable recruiting plan, while maintaining high hiring quality, strong team performance, and employment law compliance across the region.

• Develop and execute regional recruiting strategies that align with operational needs and growth projections.
• Manage recruiting budgets and optimize cost-per-hire by leveraging a range of sourcing channels.
• Lead recruiting for specialized, hard‑to‑fill roles including SG&A, supervisors, and management positions.
• Drive recruitment efforts for new location startups, using tailored sourcing strategies to support readiness from day one.
• Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of 2-3 High Volume Recruiters to meet volume and quality goals.
• Run pipeline reviews and provide real‑time coaching to maintain team productivity.
• Ensure hiring activities follow employment laws and company policies

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in high-volume recruiting producing 500+ hires annually

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
