Enterprise Program Manager

If you’re located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. Remote or onsite, we are committed to ensuring you are fully engaged and included in our collaborative environment.

As an Enterprise Program Manager at BECU, you’ll play a key role in delivering strategic outcomes by bringing cross-functional teams together and guiding complex, multi-stream initiatives across the Credit Union. You’ll collaborate with teams across both Technology and the Business to turn big ideas into measurable impact — ensuring programs are executed with clarity, agility, and purpose. Your leadership will help shape how we operate, communicate, and deliver value to our members.

*** Minimum Qualifications
**** Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or equivalent experience
* Minimum 10 years of experience managing programs or large-scale projects, 2 years improving enterprise or interdepartmental processes, plus 1 year of mentoring and influencing others on project approaches
* Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing delivery using Agile and Waterfall
* Familiarity with industry-standard project management tools
*** Desired Qualifications
**** Advanced degree in a related field
* Project Management and Agile certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP)
* Experience managing enterprise-level technology programs
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
* Involvement in professional organizations related to tech, change management, or community impact
