Position OverviewThe role focuses on integrating program, customer, product, and in‑service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting activities.
Responsibilities- Integrate program, customer, product, and in‑service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.
- Negotiate pricing, schedule, and contract terms and conditions.
- Prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
- Conduct risk, issue, and opportunity management.
- Manage supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance.
- Initiate and execute supplier improvement activities and integrate results into contracting strategies.
- More than 5 years of experience in supplier management/procurement as a purchasing agent or buyer.
- More than 5 years of experience drafting, negotiating, and executing complex contracts and subcontracts.
- More than 5 years of experience leading proposals, contract terms and conditions development, and negotiation efforts.
- U.S. citizenship required to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- More than 5 years of experience with supplier management or procurement practices and processes.
- More than 5 years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management.
- More than 5 years of experience in proposal development and contract negotiations with U.S. Government customers.
Position is 100% onsite in Tukwila, Washington. 1st shift.
Travel & RelocationPosition may require travel up to 25% of the time. Relocation assistance is not provided; candidates must live in the area or relocate at their own expense.
Security ClearanceRequires obtaining a U.S. Secret Security Clearance post‑start. U.S. citizenship required.
Export Control RequirementsPosition must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. A “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 includes U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. U.S.
-based job, U.S. Person required.

Benefits & CompensationCompetitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Pay range: $94,350 - $116,550.
