PositionProcurement Multi-Family Manager (Level K)
LocationsTukwila, Washington or Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Position Responsibilities- Acts as an authorized agent of the company with responsibility for managing all supplier related activities and has the authority to commit company resources through contracts and agreements.
- Manages employees from multiple Supplier Management and Procurement disciplines performing activities related to the acquisition of goods and services in support of company operations, supplier assessment and performance improvement, management and improvement of supply chain management and processes and supplier diversity.
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
- Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
- Provides oversight regarding negotiation processes and related tools.
- Manages, develops and motivates employees.
To be considered for this position you must complete a Boeing first‑line leader assessment as part of the selection process.
Work Location and ShiftThis position is expected to be 100% onsite and is for the 1st shift.
Security ClearanceThis position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance post‑start is required.
Basic Qualifications- At least one year of experience in a leadership role or completion of Boeing’s “Exploring Leadership” course.
- More than five years of experience working directly with suppliers or in supplier management.
- More than five years of experience negotiating and executing contracts with suppliers.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience executing against contract terms and conditions.
- Experience with contracts with the U.S. Department of Defense.
- Experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations).
Successful candidates must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest assessment process.
TypicalEducation and Experience
Typically 10 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. An advanced degree is preferred but not required.
RelocationRelocation is offered based on candidate eligibility. Basic relocation will be offered for eligible internal candidates.
TravelPosition may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Pay & BenefitsCompetitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities are offered. Pay is based on experience and qualifications.
Pay Range- Oklahoma City, OK $107,100 – $132,300
- Tukwila, WA $122,400 – $151,200
