The Supply Chain Specialist supports efficient supply chain operations through accurate inventory transactions, assembly processing, price list maintenance, and collaboration with Customer Service to resolve lot-related concerns. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring timely completion of critical processes. Success in this position depends on excellent data management capabilities, transactional accuracy, and the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve system and inventory discrepancies.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Receiving finished goods and Raw materials into ERP and sending to AP to invoice.
  • Assemble raw materials into finished goods by kitting in ERP system. (Microsoft GP)
  • Tracking ingredients/components for Bill of Materials both internally and externally.
  • Assist Customer Service with any lot number issues.
  • Maintain the price list for major Co-Manufacturers used by SC department
  • Continuously review and maintain product BOMs in ERP system (Microsoft GP)
  • Ensuring accuracy and consistency of invoice ingestion & parsing.
  • Other duties as assigned.

OTHER MEASURES FOR SUCCESS
  • Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in supply chain, inventory management, logistics, manufacturing, or a related operational environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) or similar inventory management software.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to analyze data, research discrepancies, and resolve inventory, lot, and transactional issues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information appropriately.
