Field Construction Technician NON DOT

We're recruiting an experienced Field Construction Technician to join our team at our Seattle location, providing high-quality Tuff Shed products.

• Assist in the safe delivery of Tuff Shed storage buildings to Home Depot stores, customer properties, and retail lots.
• Perform warranty repair tasks on customer sites effectively, efficiently, and courteously within scheduled time frames.
• Provide feedback to management on warranty concerns and completion issues.
• Deliver excellent customer service to current and prospective customers.
• Assist with off-site events such as Home Shows and maintain HD displays and marketing materials.
• Report defective tools and ensure vehicle GPS remains connected and operational.

• Basic construction knowledge, carpentry, roofing, and painting skills.
• Ability to read tape measures, working drawings, and use power tools.
• Proven customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills at all levels.
• Experience driving trucks, towing trailers, and vehicle inspections is a plus.
