This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Project Manager. Based in Tukwila, WA, this position allows for a combination of in-office work and remote flexibility. The Senior Project Manager will oversee projects from initiation to completion, including expediting processes, managing project timelines, and coordinating team efforts. Responsibilities also include managing logistics, inspections, and ensuring project objectives align with organizational goals.

The role requires proactive collaboration with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timelines.

• Strong experience in Project Management, with the ability to lead projects and ensure successful execution.
• Work with field installation teams to ensure that they understand the scope of work, are performing on time/budget, and that work quality meets expectations.
• Create and manage project schedules assuring on-time quality installations.
• Attend client meetings and coordinate project needs.
• Proficiency in Inspection and quality control processes.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
• Bachelor2 fs degree in business administration/project management, or a minimum of 5-years of Project Management experience preferred.
• Experience in the electronic physical security industry or related field is an advantage
