Cool Cat Fence is looking for a hands‑on Warehouse & Fleet Manager to keep our operation clean, organized, and moving fast. This role owns the warehouse, tools, materials, and fleet readiness so our crews can install without delays.
Responsibilities- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse with clear systems.
- Manage inventory levels and material flow.
- Ensure trucks are stocked, clean, and job‑ready daily.
- Oversee fleet maintenance schedules and inspections.
- Track and protect company tools and equipment.
- Coordinate material pickups and deliveries.
- Enforce warehouse and vehicle standards.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to build and maintain systems.
- High attention to detail.
- Comfortable holding team members accountable.
- Prior warehouse, construction, or fleet experience preferred.
- No crew delays due to missing materials.
