Luxury Bath of Seattle is hiring a Call Center Manager in Tukwila, WA. This full-time leadership role oversees a team of call center representatives, drives appointment volume, improves lead quality, and enhances customer satisfaction and sales performance.
The position requires 1–2+ years in call center management, strong coaching and communication skills, and a data-driven approach to daily operations. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with pay between $30–$40 per hour.
