Onesta General Contracting is looking for an experienced Tenant Improvement Project Manager to lead commercial and multifamily renovation projects from bid to final walkthrough. This isn't a  manage-from-a-desk  role. You'll be hands-on, in the field, running multiple active projects at once — leading crews, subs, and clients, with a company behind you that runs on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System): clear priorities, clear expectations, no guesswork.
