Works with little to no supervision to set the shipping and inventory plan for the day. Partners with Logistics Supervisor to provide the shipping department with overall guidance. Performs a variety of shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks. Prepares items for shipment ensuring cost effective courier services. Leads the work of shipping and receiving personnel performing related work. Maintains records of materials in inventory and on order.
Monitors reorder points and initiates action to replenish stock. Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies supervisor of irregularities.

- Partner with supervisor to address and resolve employee issues
- Ensure all shipments receive the proper labeling and postal charges and are packaged to arrive safely
- Accurately label and weigh items to be shipped and ensure proper shipment method and shipping charges
- Prepare detailed and accurate invoices to accompany shipments and ensure all items are packaged and shipped to company standards
- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems
- Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports
- Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves
- Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures
- May need to safely transport company products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner

Mathematical SkillsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Computer SkillsTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of basic computer use and ERP system experience. Applicants should be familiar with Microsoft Office.
Physical Requirements- Occasional lifting of up to 35 pounds
- Able to use hand truck to move, convey, or hoist shipments and place in storage or work area.
- Demands of a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in shipping or inventory or related field.
- Valid driver's license
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
High school diploma/GED equivalent required.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $22.50 to $33.75 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter.
Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
