Position DetailsThis role is for a Senior KC‑46 Support Integration Specialist. The position is located in Tukwila, WA and we are also open to considering candidates for placement in Oklahoma City, OK. The role will be responsible for the capture and execution of sustainment efforts for the KC‑46 program.
Position Responsibilities- Plan and technically integrate the Integrated Product Support elements to support integration operations
- Support multiple Statements of Work (SOWs) within the KC‑46 Support & Training Program
- Develop business processes, standard operating procedures and oversee business operations
- Support proposal development to include technical descriptions and Basis of Estimates (BOE)
- Oversee requirements and ensure delivery of product through the various stages of the product lifecycle
- Apply knowledge of customer processes to shape Boeing technical, material, and support products/services
- Create and lead presentations, status reviews, and monitor execution of support programs
- Support organizational growth strategic planning
- 5+ years of experience in Integrated Logistics Support or Product Support
- Experience collaborating cross‑functionally (engineering, program management, modification team, contracts and finance) and across multiple business units (BDS, BGS, BAO, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience developing, integrating and managing product/program lifecycle support activities to include support system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, support equipment and facilities
- Willing to travel up to 10% of the time
- 10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working with commercial derivative, vertical lift, or fighter aircraft platforms
- Experience working across organizations and managing suppliers and subcontractors
- Experience interfacing directly with senior military officials and executives
- Experience in the aviation industry
- Experience in Project Management
- Military experience

Pay & BenefitsBase pay and variable compensation opportunities are competitive. Eligible employees may enroll in a variety of benefit programs, including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and programs providing paid and unpaid time away from work. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, market, and business considerations. Pay range: $109,650 – $171,350.
