Moji Food is seeking a diligent Quality Control Technician to oversee the safety and quality of our dumpling production. You will inspect raw ingredients, monitor the production process, and test finished products to ensure they meet our high standards and food safety regulations.
The role requires 1–2 years in Food Quality Control, basic HACCP knowledge, and the ability to direct the production team to stop or adjust when quality issues arise. On-site position with competitive benefits.
