Moji Food seeks a diligent Quality Control Technician to oversee the safety and quality of dumpling production. You will inspect raw ingredients, monitor the process, and test finished products to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Responsibilities include line checks for dough thickness and weights, HACCP monitoring, and maintaining accurate logs for temperature and batch tracking. Training is provided for GMP basics and ongoing quality improvements.
