The Digital Merchandising Coordinator will support the Digital Merchandising team and be a key member in creating a best-in- class digital experience for our Tommy Bahama guest. This role supports all digital merchandising activities across the site and email. The role will also support the team and greater organization with reporting and learned insights.

• Assist in product set-up functions and process
• Add products to categories with the direction of the Digital Merchants Team
• Update product faceout colors based on sales opportunity or marketing
• Assist with execution of price changes and sale
• Track late products and communicate to broader team
• Assist with weekly and monthly business reporting
• Support sample requests for merchant team
• QA site links and product listing pages
• Audit PDP copy
• Organize seasonal imagery for merchant divisions
• Support product attribution
• Support email merchandising
• Develop an understanding of digital merchandising best practices and process
• Partner with the Digital Merchants on other ad hoc projects

• Retail or eCommerce business experience 1 year minimum, or strong interest in digital merchandising and affinity for Tommy Bahama guest
• Digital-savvy, has passion for digital shopping, digital experience
• Learns new computer programs or skills quickly
• Experience in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Applications such as Outlook, Teams, One Drive, etc. a plus.
• Strong attention to detail
• Proactive, flexible and works well in a fast-paced team‑oriented environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way

Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual’s experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget.

Rate Range: $25.06 to $37.57 Hourly
