Sales Associate

Overview

The Sales Associate is a frontline team member who brings sneaker culture to life on the sales floor. This role focuses on connecting with customers, sharing product knowledge, and creating a fun, inclusive, high‑energy store experience while helping the team hit sales goals. Sales Associates act as brand ambassadors, assisting customers in finding the right styles and fits, supporting daily store operations, and keeping the store fresh and ready.

• Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop.
• Help customers build head‑to‑toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel and must‑have add‑ons.
• Drive sales by sharing product knowledge and helping customers find items they’ll love.
• Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care so they’re ready to go and arrive on time.

• Assist with daily store tasks such as restocking, maintaining fitting rooms, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized.
• Maintain store visuals and recovery standards so the store is always customer‑ready.
• Follow all safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product.
• Handle all company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality at all times.

• Rate of Pay: $24.90 / Hour
