Coordinator Medical Services

The Salon & Spa Coordinator is an integral part of this team effort, ensuring that each guest feels welcome through their in-person interactions and through providing consistent critical behind‑the‑scenes support.

This position is for our Southcenter location and would require both weekend days.

Compensation: $21.65 per hour.

• Welcome and assist guests, ensuring they feel delighted from the moment they enter.
• Support artists by preparing clean linens and supplies needed for services.
• Promote a warm, clean environment for guests, maintaining all salon areas—lobby, dressing rooms, retail shelves, and restrooms—clean from open to close.
• Assist with replacement of retail stock and signage, organizing and placing incoming shipments.
• Engage with guests during check‑out, taking accurate payment and providing a final opportunity to connect, ensure satisfaction, and invite return visits.
• Support additional tasks to achieve overall guest‑experience goals.

• Age 18 or older, with or willing to obtain a Class 12 or 13 MAST Permit.
• Motivated to get things done and pivot in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to anticipate guests’ needs and exceed expectations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Resilience and professional response to situation‑in‑the‑moment challenges.
• Strong organization skills; comfortable with repetitive tasks that keep things clean.
• Quick learner of changing products, services, and promotions, and ability to apply this knowledge.
• Positive, can‑do attitude.
• Open scheduling availability; many shifts are in evenings and weekends, especially around holidays.

This position involves standing and walking; accommodation may be available for those with disabilities. The employee may be required to lift moderately heavy objects—up to 35 lbs. without assistance, and up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
