As a Sales Associate, better known as a “Product Specialist,” you’ll be in an entry‑level retail role where growth, customer connections, fashion, and comfort are at the core. This role involves engaging with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the success of the store.

Starting rate: $21.65 hourly. Pay range: $21.65 - $22.97.

• Engage with customers and provide personalized advice on Skechers products.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals.
• Keep the store tidy by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Process payments accurately as a cashier.
• Stay informed on the latest Skechers product offerings and share details to improve the customer experience.
• Collaborate with teammates to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail sales, customer service, or cashier experience is a plus.
