** COMPENSATION:**
* ** Training Pay**: $22.00 per hour for 2-6 weeks (no commission)
* ** Base Salary:** $26,000 per year
* ** Commission & Bonus:
** UNCAPPED commissions on written sales: 1 - 6% in commissions on monthly sales based on sales achievement vs goal – commission % increases as performance to goal increases. Monthly bonus opportunity up to $1,500 based on achievement of store sales goals
