The role of an AM is primarily based on leading your team to a successful day. You are on the front line ensuring every customer receives the best customer experience possible.

• Assist the manager in ensuring the store operates at a high level.
• Take ownership while managing the location.
• Evaluate employee performance and coach to improve.
• Make sure customers are always receiving the ultimate experience.
• Learn and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
• Keep the store clean, neat, and organized.

• 18+ years old.
• Open availability during the weekends.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or related fields.
• Dynamic and outgoing individual with leadership skills.
• Driven and a natural communicator.
• Experience selling athletic shoes (a plus).

• 4 years of customer service (preferred).
• 1 year of management (preferred).
• 3 years as cashier.

$23.00 - $23.00 per hour.
