Support store success behind the scenes by executing inventory, fulfillment, and operational processes with accuracy and efficiency. As a Teammate – Off Field Operations, you play a critical role in keeping the store athlete‑ready while working as part of a high‑performing, team‑first environment.
RESPONSIBILITIESDeliver exceptional experiences to athletes of all abilities; execute inventory, fulfillment, and operational processes accurately and efficiently; collaborate with teammates; maintain store readiness on the floor.
QUALIFICATIONS- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Targeted Pay Range: $20.50 - $27.50. Starting rate may vary based on location, experience, and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. DICK'S Sporting Goods complies with all state paid leave requirements.
